The function of various mulch film:
 
Black mulch film:
Absorb solar heat and transfer it to the soil.
Providing heat to Reduce the pressure on weeds by blocking the light from reaching the soil.
 
Silver/Black mulch film:
 
The silver surface can reflect light, repel pests such as aphids and mealybugs, and reduce the risk of virus transmission.
The black surface is opaque and inhibits the germination of weed seeds, reducing the need for manual weeding.
The silver surface reflects light, increasing the light at the bottom of the plant, promoting uniform fruit coloring, especially effective under low-temperature and low-light conditions in winter.
The black surface lowers the soil temperature, and the silver surface reduces water evaporation, making it suitable for use in summer and autumn.
 
Black and white alternating mulch film:
Effectively blocks sunlight from penetrating the soil, inhibits the germination and growth of weeds, and simultaneously reduces water evaporation from the soil, maintaining stable humidity.
It can reflect most of the sunlight back to the plants, lowering the surface temperature (up to 4-10℃ in summer), and enhancing the light at the lower part of the plants, promoting photosynthesis.
 
Red film:
To transmit red light while blocking other colors, which stimulates plant growth, promotes photosynthesis, and thereby increases yield and quality.
